Listened to these two songs on repeat while working out last night. Guess what, I didn't get bored! AND I was looking forward to running again so much that I went to the gym again this morning. This is huge for me. I was in sports my whole life but some how lost the motivation to keep working out on a regular basis after the organized sports days ended.
