What a fun week it has been! Weddings are so much fun to be a part of and we were so blessed to be a part of my cousin's wedding this past week. Here is the beautiful couple as they were leaving after the reception.
Andrew did an excellent job as the ring-bearer. The whole of it was basically an answer to prayer. He put on the tux and liked wearing it (miracle!), he took a long nap during the morning when he usually takes one in the afternoon (another miracle!), held his pillow walked sweetly down the aisle (there was no running to catch up with mommy, no trying to pick up the flower girl's petals like in rehearsal, and no throwing of the pillow like seconds before he needed to walk). He did a little jump as he approached his Nana who had m & m's as a reward when he got there. :)

It was a joy to be a bridesmaid, sing in the wedding and be able to sing basically all of my faves (Take My Life, Amazing Grace and In Christ Alone). The bride chose to have the congregation sing all of the songs and it made the ceremony very worshipful, I loved that. Alex got to play drums. It was a great day & evening full of fun with being with the bride and also I loved having my family here for the week. My brother, his wife and 1 1/2 year old son stayed with us and we were able to watch the cousins play together... life is good on stay-cation.

One more day left! It's 90+ degrees today and we're headed to the pool.

Have a great day lovelies.
